After obtaining a Master's degree in Bioinformatics, I am currently completing a Master's in Ecological Modelling at the University of Rennes. My interest in microbial ecology and data analysis led me to explore bioinformatics and computational statistics. I aim to pursue a career at the crossroads between computational approaches and ecology.
I joined the LAGE team in April 2024 to work on plankton biogeography. My internship focuses on machine learning strategies to predict plankton biogeography in the global ocean from data collected during the Tara expeditions.
