I am a Master’s student in Bioinformatics at the Université d'Évry Paris-Saclay, specializing in genomics. Through my internships, I have developed expertise in development on biology data in general. Under the guidance of Olivier Jaillon, I am contributing to Lucas Pavlovic thesis project. My work focuses on studying marine plankton communities at the scale of protein domain structures, seeking to understand their mathematical and biogeographical distribution in the oceans, and whether is it linked to thermal gradients.
