Benjamin Churcheward

I am a bioinformatician, with an interest in (meta)genomics and genomic evolution. My previous work during my PhD was about the enhancement of the reconstruction of Metagenome-Assembled Genomes (MAGs). As a post-doctoral researcher in LAGE, I study the deep co-evolution between Viruses and Eukaryotes, through phylogenetic approaches.
