I am a Master’s student in Microbiology at Sorbonne Université and the National Museum of Natural History, in Paris. I am particularly interested in environmental microbiology, with the study of microorganisms in an environment, their interactions and their impact on the ecosystem in which they are found. I like to combine experimental laboratory techniques with bioinformatics and statistical tools. I specialized in the study of omics data through my internships, and more particularly in transcriptomics (post-transcriptional modifications, isoforms…).
