Research engineer focus on the wet lab tools from sampling to sequencing to explore marine biodiversity.
She work both in lab at Genoscope and in the field, in particular at the CRIOBE (Centre de Recherches Insulaires et Observatoire de l’Environnement) in Moorea where she’s involved in a eDNA project to follow the evolution of biodiversity of coral reef.
She’s involved in large marine genomic projects like Tara Oceans, Tara Pacific and Pourquoi pas les Abysses?
