I try to model the geographical distribution of plankton at the genome scale taking into account physical and oceanographic dynamics such as currents and climate. My work mainly focuses on the Atlantic Ocean as my PhD is supported by the AtlantECO project. More specifically, my researches are part of the “Marine ecosystem structures and functions assessment” work package : https://www.atlanteco.eu/activities. At the moment, I work on quantifying genomics approaches to assess distribution and composition of planktonic communities.
