During my PhD, I studied eco-evolutionary dynamics in ecosystems under stress, focusing on the evolution of macrophytes in bistable shallow lakes and the adaptation of phenological traits to climate shifts through plasticity in tree populations. Currently, as a postdoctoral researcher at LAGE, I study metabolic modeling of planktonic communities of eukaryotic and prokaryotic organisms.
