After completing a Bachelor’s degree in Biology and Ecology, I am know pursuing a Master’s degree in Bioinformatics, Modelling and Statistics (BIMS) at the University of Rouen Normandy, driven by a great interest in data science, computational biology and ecology. After a first internship focused on the transcriptomic analysis of the grass Poa annua, at the LITIS lab from the University of Rouen Normandy, I am know pursuing an internship at the Genomic Analysis of Eukaryotes Lab. For this mission, I am focusing my work on the transcriptomic analysis of Fire Corals (Millepora sp.), by investigating samples from the Tara Pacific expedition.
