I am currently a Master’s student in Bioinformatics at the University of Rouen Normandie, with a strong interest in biological data analysis and the study of parasitic organisms through genomic approaches.
As part of my internship at LAGE – Genoscope, I am working on the identification of apicomplexan “signatures” of parasitic lifestyle in coral reef biodiversity supervised by Betina Porcel. The objective is to characterize genetic markers that provide insights into the adaptation and evolutionary mechanisms of these intracellular parasites. This project allows me to develop my skills in bioinformatics and comparative genome analysis while contributing to a better understanding of Apicomplexa’s parasitic strategies.
